"Absolutely terrible customer service!! I have received multiple bills in the mail, non of which the office has any idea as to why I am receiving them. I have always paid my insurance on time but i keep receiving bills. After 2 or 3 days of having to repeatedly contact this office it is found to be a mistake and I may disregard the bill. This office has to call out to the main office making promises to call me back and never do. Have asked multiple times to speak with Chuck himself and am assured he will call me back and have yet to receive that call. Currently attempting to transfer my service to another agent in hopes of better service. Unfortunately the new agent is unable to look into my account until Chuck's office sends them the information, my new agent contacted this Office on a Thursday and requested the transfer. Chuck's office agreed to send the information that same day. 3 business days later they still have not sent it."
